Product Function Introduction:
The coarse yarn automatic circulation transportation system eliminates the need for manual transport carts to move or change yarn within the spinning frame, thus reducing labor costs associated with transporting coarse yarn.
The system effectively prevents damage to the equipment, such as the spinning frame collection system and the spinning machine itself, caused by improper operation during the manual transport of coarse yarn. This reduces failures caused by human error, thereby increasing production efficiency.
The conveying chain of the system consists of connection units, each linking two spindles (spindle distance ?? 260mm). The number of units is determined based on the length of the spinning machine. The fully loaded coarse yarn conveyor chain rotates within a circular track, driven by a motor, ensuring continuous supply of yarn to the spinning machine as needed.
